Radio Servicing and Repair

To maintain the lifespan of your radio it is important to regularly have your radios serviced. It is advisable to have the radios serviced at the point of warranty expiry and each subsequent year.
What does the service include?
- The radio is opened up and examined for faults. All faults are then repaired.
- Any replacement knobs, buttons and antennas are replaced.
- The whole radio case is replaced if the existing one is cracked and is beyond repair.
- The transmit and receive action is tested
- The battery is tested using our specialist testing equipment and replaced if necessary.
