Please read our two way radio buyers guide for help on choosing on the right radios for you Please read our construction case study
There are many challenges faced by the construction industry when using two way radios. Achieving site coverage and ground to crane coverage can prove the most difficult at times. In addition to this, many sites require very robust and easy to use radios, which can be used in very muddy and very wet conditions. New digital technology is perfect for these harsh environments and most of our customers are now adopting this technology in favour of analogue technology. In certain high radio usage locations such as London we recommend a dedicated frequency from OFCOM to ensure you will not receive any interference from other radio users nearby.
Full site test to achieve 100% radio coverage.
It is no longer necessary to make do with partial coverage across the site. The technology is available to ensure you receive 100% coverage. Each and every site has different requirements and there is never a one size fits all solution. As such we make sure that each and every site installation is fully tested by us and by the onsite users before any orders are placed. We firmly believe “the proof is in the pudding” and we don’t expect you to make any decisions before you have tested the equipment yourself.
Many of our customers are now upgrading to digital two way radio technology. Not only does this offer superior audio quality and coverage, this technology offers the ability to make and receive individual calls.
